The VVRC Sequencing and Informatics Core encompasses funding for VANTAGE = Vanderbilt Technologies for Advanced Genomics. VANTAGE performs a wide array of services related to DNA and RNA which are organized into four basic categories: Biobanking, Genotyping, Microbiome analysis, and Next-Gen sequencing, including: ChIP sequencing, whole genome sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and RNA sequencing. VANTAGE also provides help with experimental design, quality assessment of data, analysis and results interpretation, and data storage to investigators.
